Dailymotion is a little bit difficult: You have to get the ID not from the video URL but from the ‘Embeddable Player’ code below the video. Copy the text, paste it into a text editor and extract the video ID, that can be find in the code: <div><object width=â€425″ height=â€255″><param name=â€movie†value=â€http://www.dailymotion.com/swf/5Jf2iZLWFn5Rq8uxa“></param>

Same for Garage TV and Vimeo: Extract the video ID from the ‘Embed’ code (the really long thing!): <object codebase=â€http … <param name=â€movie†value=â€http://www.garagetv.be/v/S5JqZTozNRH!4B7E3OSUnvfDvcS!x6mGlk5mo 3EFGtvLCD4HCNvcM0C-x-Cwgi5oLC/v.aspx†/> … I know, it’s not very nice, but I can’t see any other way to do this…
